Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you ask for a price or a visit on this site, call us, use our booking assistant, or get a quote a contractor sent you, we collect your name, service address, mobile phone number and email as that route needs. We also keep the answers you give about your concrete, the photos you add, the price we showed you, what you sign, your replies to our texts and emails, and a record of the consent you gave and the exact words you agreed to. To limit abuse of the site we count requests per network using a scrambled form of the network address.
We also record how our booking and price pages are used - which screens you open, how long you stay on each, and where you stop - to improve our service and to follow up with you. That record never holds what you type.
While you fill in a price or booking form, what you have typed is kept in this browser tab, so a refresh does not lose it. It stays there only until you send the form or close the tab.
How we use it
- To give you your price, book your visit and do the work.
- To send confirmations, reminders, arrival and running-late updates, and links for your price or photos.
- To follow up about a request you left unfinished, within the limits set out under Text messages below.
- To answer questions you send us by text, email or phone.
- To keep records of every request and of your consent, as the law and our own accounts require.
Who sees it
The installing contractor receives your name, address, phone, email and photos to do the job. Companies that deliver our texts and emails and host our systems handle your details only to do that work for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you reached us from one of our ads, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address, mobile number, name, town and ZIP code, together with the ad's click identifier and your IP address and browser details, to measure our own ads. It is not used to send you messages.
Cookies and Meta's Pixel
Our price and booking pages load a small measurement script from Meta (Facebook), called the Meta Pixel. On those pages Meta receives the page address, your IP address, details about your browser and cookie identifiers for every visitor, and it is told when a request was made. Cookies are set on your first visit, including Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies. We use all of this to measure and improve our advertising.

Text messages
We text only the mobile number you gave us, and only after you join our texts in one of the ways our Terms list under How you join, such as ticking the optional box on our /book or /price page. Its words are: “Text me about my request (optional). Msg freq. varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms & Privacy.” If you leave it unticked we send no texts, and we may still call or email you about the request you made, unless you join another way our Terms list. Every Continue accepts our Terms and this Privacy Policy (“Continuing accepts our Terms & Privacy.” is shown under the buttons).
The texts are about your own request: visit confirmations and reminders (a confirmation can carry an optional link to add photos), arrival and running-late updates, schedule changes, replies to your own questions, verification codes you ask for, and up to three check-ins after a visit about the price we gave you. We do not send promotional texts. Follow-ups are limited: after a visit, if you have not decided, up to three check-in texts about the price we gave you (about 2, 7 and 14 days later). For an unfinished request (a price or booking you left part-way): one email, sent once, within about two days, and no texts. If you tell us you are not going ahead: up to three emails (about 2, 7 and 30 days later), and no texts. Until you reply to us or open a link in one of our texts, we send a number no more than three texts in two weeks. How many other texts you get varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. After a STOP we send you one confirmation and no more texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can call (913) 713-7794 instead.
How we protect it
Names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and photos are stored encrypted. Only people who work on your request can read them.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you. You can also email contact@polyjacks.com or call (913) 713-7794 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will review each request, and we keep what the law or an agreement you signed requires us to keep.
